Code of Conduct
EaseHere is built as seva — selfless service — so that people seeking healing can find practitioners they trust, and so that healers offering their gift feel respected. These are the promises every member of the community makes to one another.
For everyone
- Respect. Treat every person on this platform with kindness, whether you agree with their approach or not. Disagree with ideas, not people.
- Honesty. Be truthful in your profile, your reviews, and your interactions. No fake credentials, no exaggerated testimonials, no misleading claims.
- Privacy. What happens in a session stays between the two people in it. Do not share identifying details from someone else's session without their consent.
- No harm. Threats, harassment, hate speech, or abusive content of any kind will result in immediate removal from the platform.
For healers
- Present yourself accurately. Credentials are self-reported; please only list what you actually hold.
- Never make medical claims or promise specific health outcomes. Energy healing is a complement to, not a replacement for, medical care.
- Honour your bookings. If you need to cancel, do so as early as possible and with a warm message.
- Do not request payments outside the EaseHere checkout flow. Off-platform payment is a red flag for safety and a violation of our terms.
For seekers
- Come in good faith. If a session isn't right for you, you're welcome to share honest feedback, but please do so with the same care you'd want for yourself.
- Respect the healer's time. Show up when you say you will, or cancel in advance if you can't.
- If you ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please report it. The Safety Center is always open.
What happens when this breaks down
When a report comes in, the EaseHere team reviews it privately and takes action that matches the severity — a quiet conversation, a warning, temporary suspension, or removal from the platform. We err on the side of protecting people over preserving reach.
If you see something that isn't right, tell us. It helps us keep this space safe for everyone.
