Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EaseHere, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

EaseHere is a community marketplace connecting energy healers with seekers worldwide. Our service allows healers to create profiles and offer sessions, and seekers to discover, book, and connect with healers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our service. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

Browsing EaseHere and creating an account are free. Healers set their own prices, and some sessions are free. For a paid session, EaseHere adds a platform fee on top of the healer's price. You see the full total before you pay, and you pay when you send your booking request. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe.

You are charged in the healer's currency. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates, and your bank may add its own conversion fees.

For live sessions (online or in person), you receive a full refund, including the platform fee, if:

  • you cancel before the healer's free-cancellation cutoff (each healer sets theirs between 4 and 72 hours before the session, and it is shown before you book);
  • the healer declines your request, or does not respond to it within 24 hours;
  • the healer cancels the session; or
  • the healer does not attend, and you report it from your booking within 24 hours after the session was due to end. Some reports are reviewed by our team before a refund is issued.

Live sessions cancelled after the healer's cutoff, and sessions you do not attend, are not refunded.

Distance healing has no set time. You can cancel a distance healing request for a full refund until the healer accepts it. After that, you receive a full refund if you cancel because your report is late or because you do not accept the healer's request for more time, and automatically if no report arrives within 24 hours after the deadline. If a report has a problem with how it was delivered (for example, it is empty, not about you, or copied from another report), you can raise a concern within 48 hours of receiving it. The healer may refund you in full; otherwise EaseHere will review the concern and may keep the payment, refund part of it, or refund it in full, and that decision is final. A concern is about how the report was delivered, not about the outcome of the healing.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

EaseHere may also cancel a session or issue a refund at its discretion, for example to resolve a safety concern or a dispute. If you believe a refund is owed that is not covered here, please contact us at support@easehere.com.

Healers receive the full price they set: EaseHere does not deduct any fee from healer payouts. When a session is refunded, the healer's payment for it is reversed in full or in part, to match the refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EaseHere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
