Safety Center
EaseHere is built as a sanctuary, not a marketplace. Seekers are often exploring energy healing for the first time, and healers are offering their gift in good faith. This page explains how we protect both sides, and what to do if something doesn't feel right.
How we keep the community safe
- Every healer profile is manually approved. A EaseHere admin reviews each submission before it goes live. Self-reported credentials are clearly labelled — we do not independently verify professional certifications.
- No medical claims. Energy healing is a complement to, not a replacement for, medical care. Healers are required to avoid diagnostic language and treatment guarantees.
- Payment through the platform only. Off-platform payment requests are a red flag and a violation of our terms. Never send money outside the EaseHere checkout flow.
- Reviews are human-moderated. A keyword scan holds reviews with abusive language for admin review before they land on a public profile.
- Crisis support is surfaced directly. If our AI matching detects a medical or mental health emergency, the session flow stops and emergency resources appear instead of healer suggestions.
Report a concern
If something happened during or after a session that felt unsafe, inappropriate, or misleading, we want to hear about it.
About a specific healer
Open the healer's profile and use the “Report a concern” option on their page. This attaches the report to the correct practitioner so our team can act quickly.
General safety concern
If it's not tied to a single session or healer, write to us directly. We read every safety report personally.
safety@easehere.comIn an emergency
EaseHere is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, please contact your local emergency number right away (911 in the US, 112 in the EU, 999 in the UK). For mental health crises, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (US) and Samaritans (UK/IE) are free and confidential.
Our Code of Conduct explains the promises every EaseHere member makes to each other.
