Distance healing with Zoom

We'll meet on Zoom before and after the session to talk about what to expect and what will happen — around 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after.

We can also not do the Zoom meeting and you just use this listing for booking a time to really connect with the energy, please let me know if you do so :)

You book your session at the time of your choosing.

Typically a session includes 30 minutes of actual energy work. In my experience, 30 minutes is plenty at one time if you're not used to it — it can be quite intense for some people.

When the session begins, I suggest you simply relax in a space where you feel secure and comfortable. We'll talk about that on Zoom before we start.

Under the session things might move through my consciousness, but it isn't my focus to analyze anything. Afterward, I'll tell you if anything stood out that seems relevant.

When I confirm the session I will send you a Zoom link to connect to.
