About this session
A session usually includes 30 minutes of actual energy work. In my experience, 30 minutes at a time is plenty, especially if you're not used to this kind of work - it can feel quite intense for some people.
I suggest you simply relax in a space where you feel secure and comfortable.

There's no call and no time to pick. Once JP healing accepts, they'll do the healing within 48 hours and send you a report.
Just so your healer knows when you plan to rest. It doesn't bind them.
