About this session
As we move through life, we accumulate a lot of energy damage. This is the main thing that makes us feel like life is not enjoyable anymore, like it's difficult to just breathe. This session frees you from all of that.

- The session will be performed asynchronously and you will be provided with a small summary.
- I provide support for about 48 hours to help integrate the session.
