About this session
About this session
Distance Arcturian Reiki is a quiet, remote energy-based practice offered through Quiet Presence. The session takes place without a phone or video call, giving you space to rest and allow the experience to unfold in your own way.
How it works
Once your session request is accepted, I'll arrange to hold your session within the stated timeframe. You don't need to interact with me during the session. You can sit or lie down comfortably in a quiet space, free from unnecessary distractions.
How to prepare
- Choose a comfortable place where you can rest without interruption.
- Set aside a little time for yourself and keep your environment as quiet as practical.
- There is no special preparation, belief, or particular outcome required.
Experiences vary. You may notice physical sensations, thoughts, relaxation, or very little that feels distinct. There is nothing you need to make happen.
After your session
You'll receive a brief, personalized note confirming when the session took place and its approximate duration, along with a reminder to rest and allow time for integration. I don't provide readings or interpretations of your experience.
Quiet Presence offers a complementary, experiential practice intended to support relaxation, awareness, and personal reflection. It is not a substitute for medical care or mental health treatment.
